Entering the restaurant you will be greeted by a member of our dedicated team headed by Mykal and Kate Bartholomew and Executive Chef Adam D’Sylva. The trio has assembled a dedicated team with highly sought-after experience from many international and Melbourne restaurants.
Since 2009 we are thrilled to have maintained One Hat in The Age Good Food Guide’s ‘HatAward’ and are also very proud of our Head Sommelier Travis Howe, previously awarded Sommelier of the Year and Wine List of the Year.
